My Letter to the President

Peace be unto reader. Today I am going to share with you my personal letter to the President of the United States of America, President Barack Obama. (this was originally sent on 04/24/2013. Hopefully I'm still alive when this blog post. (LOL) Scheduled delivery time is set)

                                                                                                                                       04/24/2013

Dear Mr. President,
Peace be upon you. I would first like to congratulate you on being elected the first black president of the United States of America.

Now, I will get to the purpose of my letter. I am writing to you because I am concerned about the campaigns, chicanery, and programs that has been, and maybe still being used in this country against African-Americans citizens, who stood/stand up against this government to advance for better treatment and absolute equality for blacks in America. By the laid out goals, objectives, and tactics of the programs, they were and are of apartheid practices, by definition of the law of crimes of apartheid. It is to my knowledge, that the United States of America has not become signatories of the 1973 International Convention on the Suppression and Punishment of the Crime of Apartheid. By not being signatories, the United States is not subject to the jurisdiction of the laws of the ICSPCA.

If this country is to be authentic and is sincere to their words of equality, liberty, and justice for all, then why have we not become signatories? Actions speak louder than words, and the words of this country do not conform to its actions. I believe this is a preventive measure that should take place in the immediate future to prevent any further actions of governmental agencies from participating, practicing, or operating programs that are of apartheid practices. Crimes of apartheid have been committed in America (by definition of crimes of apartheid) by government agencies, more so by the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) with assistance of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). By law, it is illegal for the CIA to conduct operations within the United States.

In conclusion, I have no fantasies about this government, nor do I have much trust in it neither. I see this country through the eyes of a victim. A victim of an oppressive system, and I know that change is overdue. I believe by becoming signatories of ICSPCA, this could be the death blow to inequality and begin the dissolution of racism in America.

                                                                                                                                                 As'salaam'alaikhm,
Dominick Quarles
